Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We do everything to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We currently only offer returns or exchanges for damaged items. We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time, unless an item you have received has been damaged. 

 

This is because we want to ensure that all products are clean and sterile for cosmetic use. Returning used cosmetics lessens the chance of the product being sterile, as we don't know how or if the item was contaminated in any shape or form. 

Damaged Items & Exchanges

In the case that you have received a damaged item, please fill out the contact form, and we will arrange an exchange :)
